Terms of Service

NarodGPT provides an intelligent virtual assistant service that integrates with Crisp chat systems to provide automated customer support responses. Our service includes:

• AI-powered chatbot responses using OpenAI's GPT models
• Custom knowledge base integration and management
• Crisp chat platform webhook integration
• Usage analytics and reporting dashboard
• Subscription-based access with different tier limitations
• Product catalog management and recommendations
• Calendar integration for appointment scheduling
• API access for developers

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register for an account, you may be required to provide us with some information about yourself, such as your name, email address, or other contact information.

You agree that the information you provide to us is accurate and that you will keep it accurate and up-to-date at all times. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device.

Plan Types and Limitations

• Free Plan: Limited to 100 messages per month, basic knowledge base features, email support
• Pro Plan ($29/month): Up to 1,000 messages per month, advanced features, priority support, analytics dashboard
• Enterprise Plan ($99/month): Up to 10,000 messages per month, unlimited knowledge base, 24/7 support, custom integrations, dedicated account manager

Billing Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe
• Usage limits reset monthly on your billing anniversary date
• Overage charges may apply for usage beyond plan limits
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate harmful, illegal, defamatory, or inappropriate content
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe upon or violate our rights or the rights of others
• Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• Submit false or misleading information
• Upload viruses or other malicious code
• Spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• Interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our express written consent

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NarodGPT and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to your knowledge base. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

DISCLAIMER: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL NARODGPT, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF OR ANY INABILITY TO USE ANY PORTION OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NarodGPT and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service and cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting us.
